Yes! We offer free shipping across Canada on all orders over $60 (before tax). Orders under $60 are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery times vary by location, but typical delivery takes 2–7 business days within Canada. Remote areas may take longer.

Yes. You must be 19+ (or the legal age in your province) to order. All shipments require government-issued ID at the time of delivery for age verification.

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Some items like disposables, e-liquids, and hygiene-sensitive products are final sale. Please contact us before sending anything back.

If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund where applicable.

We currently only  accept e-Transfers. After placing your order e-transfer instructions will be provided to you.
